The machining workshop currently has one German imported five axis machining center, five four axis machining centers, and eight three-axis machining centers, which meet the high-precision end machining needs of various materials such as copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, Invar, silicon aluminum alloy, etc.
The sheet metal workshop currently utilizes high-power laser cutting machines (up to 3000w), 5-axis CNC water cutting technology, shearing machines, CNC turret punch presses, and multiple bending and press machines. This setup is suitable for the high-precision cutting and forming of various materials and thicknesses.
Our facility covers over 10,000 square meters with a dedicated team of 100+ employees. We serve a wide range of industries, including aerospace, semiconductors, mining equipment, new energy, agricultural machinery, medical equipment, automation, drones, and home appliances. The facility is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.
The sheet metal welding workshop is equipped with 4 units of OTC welding robots, over 30 TIG/MIG welding machines, and resistance welding machines. We maintain ISO15614 and AWSD1.1 welding process qualifications, supported by qualified welding engineers and NDT inspectors.
