Carbon fabric sheet is manufactured with multiple layers of high strength carbon fiber prepreg using a high pressure molding process by Compressing Molding or Auto-Clave Molding. Using woven plain/twill/satin carbon fiber fabric with fibers oriented at 0 and 90 degrees, and ±45 orientation.
