For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization (functional adjustments), the MOQ is 100 units. The MOQ can be adjusted based on order volume with corresponding discounts.
Can we get samples to test performance before a bulk order?
Yes, you can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After successful testing, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment. Samples are shipped with standard configuration by default.
Do you provide flight tuning support for the drones?
Yes. For bulk orders, we offer comprehensive online tuning guides including videos and manuals for racetrack racing, freestyle flying, and indoor practice scenarios.
What is the warranty coverage for electronic components?
Electronic components such as motors, ESCs, and flight controllers come with a 1-year warranty under normal use conditions.
Are these frames compatible with mainstream FPV goggles?
Yes, our drones are compatible with all mainstream frequency band transmitters and goggles, including DJI FPV and Fat Shark. We can pre-install designated receivers upon request.
What material is used for the drone frames?
We use high-quality T300 carbon fiber material, ensuring high strength and lightweight performance for racing and freestyle applications.
